Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms is to stipulate the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between SSDown Upscale (hereinafter "Company") and the member concerning the use of the AI upscaling and image processing services (hereinafter "Service") provided by the Company.

Article 2 (Definitions of Terms)

  1. "Service" refers to all services of the Company available regardless of the type of wired/wireless terminals used for connection.
  2. "Member" refers to a person who has registered for this service and entered into a service use contract with the Company according to these terms.
  3. "Credit" refers to a virtual payment method provided free or as a paid purchase within the service, allowing the use of image upscaling features.
  4. "Upscale" refers to the function that expands the resolution of original images uploaded by the user through AI computing.

Article 3 (Effectiveness and Revision of Terms)

The Company may revise these terms within the scope that does not violate relevant laws if important business reasons arise. If the revisions are disadvantageous to users, they will be announced 30 days prior to implementation.

Article 4 (Company's Obligations and Provision of Service)

The Company shall not engage in acts prohibited by laws or these Terms, and does its best to provide continuous and stable services. The Company may perform regular inspections for server expansion and solution management to improve stable processing speeds.

Article 5 (User Rights and Responsibilities)

All legal responsibilities regarding the commercial/non-commercial use of the original images uploaded by the user and the resulting processed images lie entirely with the user themselves. The Company is not responsible for problems arising from intentionally manipulating images that infringe on others' copyrights or portrait rights.

Article 6 (Credit and Refund Policy)

Users cannot transfer purchased credits to others or receive refunds for them. A 100% refund is only possible for whole purchases where not a single credit was used within 7 days of payment. Already used credits or free promotional credits cannot be converted into cash.
