SSDown Upscale (hereinafter referred to as the 'Company') complies with the privacy protection regulations under relevant laws that information and communication service providers must obey, and does its best to protect user rights by establishing a privacy policy based on these laws.

1. Items of Personal Information Collected

• Upon membership registration: Email address, Name (Nickname), Profile picture URL, Google Account Unique Identifier (UID)
• Upon using payment methods: Order ID, Order history (Credit card and financial information are not directly stored but delegated to payment gateways like Lemon Squeezy)
• During service usage: Uploaded original photo files, Generated high-resolution image result files, Access IP, Service usage records, Cookies

2. Image Retention Policy (Very Important)

Due to the nature of the [AI Image Upscaling Service] provided by the Company, original photos uploaded by users to the server are destroyed from temporary server space immediately after the system completes result generation. Only the final converted images are stored in S3 cloud storage, and kept until membership withdrawal for the purpose of the My Page function. Connected storage files are also completely and permanently destroyed as soon as the user directly requests photo deletion or deletes their account.

3. Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information

The Company uses collected personal information for the following purposes:

• Member Management: Use of membership services, identity verification, prevention of improper use by bad members and unauthorized use
• Service Provision: Credit purchases, payment approval confirmation, fee settlements, and provision of customized services (upscale history)
• Statistics and Analysis: Identifying access frequency, statistics on members' service usage, for the purpose of technical server stabilization research

4. Procedures and Methods of Destroying Personal Information

In principle, the Company destroys the applicable information without delay once the purpose of collecting and using personal information has been achieved. Personal information stored in electronic file format (including images) is deleted using technical methods that make records irreproducible.

5. Rights of Users and Legal Representatives and How to Exercise Them

Users can view or modify their registered personal information at any time, and can also request membership cancellation.
